Account Deletion Request - Truck Pai
At Truck Pai, we respect your privacy. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
How to Request Deletion:
- Send an email to truckpaibd@gmail.com from your registered email address or registered phone number.
- Use the subject line: "Request for Account Deletion".
- In the body, provide your registered mobile number and DID/UID.
What Happens Next?
- Once we receive your request, our team will verify your identity.
- Upon verification, your personal information (Name, NID photo, and Phone number) will be permanently removed from our active databases within 7-14 working days.
Data Retention: Please note that certain transactional data (e.g., trip history and payment records) may be retained for a specific period to comply with legal and financial regulations of Bangladesh.
